  • Subscribe & Save: Subscribe to receive your product every 30 days at 15% off regular price
You can purchase them from our online store at https://lamore.beauty or select salons in Florida and Ohio.
Our products work on most skin types as they are made from non-toxic, natural ingredients. However, if you suffer from any kind of allergy, it is advisable to check our ingredient listings and perform a patch test prior to use.

Yes, you can add any L'amore Beauty products to your existing skin care routine but refrain from combining them with heavy chemical-based formulations. For optimal performance and benefits, we recommend using them in conjunction with other L'amore Beauty products as a complete regimen.
Yes, our entire range of skin care products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are also paraben-free, sulfate-free, and silicone-free.

Shipping FAQ

We currently only ship within the United States. – We plan to begin shipping to Canada, UK and other countries soon.
You will receive a tracking number within several business days when your order is marked shipped. Our tracking information will have instructions where you can follow the status of your order.
You can add, edit or delete addresses for future orders in two simple ways.
Go to Your Addresses and do one of the following:
  • To add a new address, click on Add a New Address. You will need to fill out a form and save the information by clicking on Add Address button.
  • To edit or delete an address, select either Edit or Delete below the address you want to modify.
Add a new address directly at the time of check out.
Order processing can take up to five business days before your order is shipped. These times can fluctuate depending on weather and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Most standard shipments arrived within 3-5 business days. Some areas may take longer depending on time of year and carrier used. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and will do whatever we can to ensure your order arrives in timely manner.

Please note that if you recently made an address change just prior to a non-delivery issue, and it was not made 14 days prior to your next order date, we are not responsible for any non-delivered orders

Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations FAQ

We stand behind our products 100%, and want you to have a great experience with L’amore Beauty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund. Simply send us your new or used bottles and we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the bank to process the refund. We have no control over this.
For unsatisfactory or damaged products, we do not require you to return the product(s) and you are free to keep or throw the item(s) away. In the event that you keep and use a defective or unsatisfactory product, you do so at your own risk. If you are unsatisfied with our products or received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at help@lamoreskincare.com and be sure to provide your order and receipt of purchase. We will respond to all such requests as soon as possible.
*L’amore Beauty is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges. If you choose to be reimbursed for a product for any reason, as opposed to receiving a replacement, you will only be reimbursed the charge of that product, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without penalty. However, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next charge date, or we cannot guarantee that you will not incur another monthly charge and that you will not receive another order. To cancel your subscription please email our support team at help@lamoreskincare.com
