Same-Day Order Processing
All orders placed before 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.

Returns

Returns
We are confident that you'll love L'AMORE BEAUTY®. If for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we'll issue you a refund for up to 60 days after purchase. Please contact help@getlamore.com to initiate the return process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged product from a L'AMORE BEAUTY® purchase, please email our team at help@getlamore.com with your L'AMORE BEAUTY® order number and we would be happy to assist you further.

Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email us at help@getlamore.com as soon as possible. Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled or edited. If you no longer wish to receive your L'AMORE BEAUTY® , you are welcome to return your items within 60 days of your purchase date here.

Please note that orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM EST through Sunday 11:59pm EST will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.
